HR Generalist

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Recruitment: liaise with Business Unit Managers to source appropriate candidates for open roles, interviewing, background checks, extending offers, and managing the hiring process.

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Welcoming new hires, explaining policies, and integrating them into the company culture.

  • Employee Relations: Addressing concerns, conducting investigations, fostering a positive environment, and managing disciplinary actions.

  • Benefits & Compensation: Administering health insurance, retirement plans, payroll support, and explaining benefits packages.

  • Policy &Compliance: Creating, updating, and enforcing company policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws.

  • Performance Management: Assisting with evaluations, feedback, goal setting, and identifying training needs.

  • Training & Development: Coordinating workshops and supporting professional growth.

  • HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, generating documents (offer letters, pay slips), and managing 3rd Party EOR vendors.

Remuneration range: $50k - $75k, depending upon experience.

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Provide calendar management, prioritize requests, troubleshooting conflicts, and preparing the Founder for all engagements.

  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact, drafting correspondence, managing emails, and fielding inquiries from stakeholders.

  • Meeting & Board Support: Arrange logistics for meetings (staff, external), create agendas, prepare materials (decks, reports), take minutes, and ensure compliance.

  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, data analysis, and producing complex documents or presentations.

  • Administrative Oversight: Handle expense reports, travel arrangements, file management, and potentially assist with budgeting or CRM systems.

  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage highly sensitive information and decisions with utmost privacy and sound judgment

Remuneration range: $60k - $90k, depending upon experience.

Contracts Specialist

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Daily Guidance: Provide daily guidance and support to stakeholders on assigned projects.

  • Contract Negotiation: Draft, negotiate, interpret, and manage complex contracts for suppliers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer schedules.

  • Business Units’ Support: Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and stakeholders to achieve business goals.

  • Risk Assessment: Review and assess contractual terms and conditions, identifying risks and their potential impact.

  • SME Collaboration: Collaborate with legal experts and subject matter specialists to address risks by developing tailored contract provisions.

  • Executive Summaries: Inform management and other departments about contract status, risk mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.

  • Privacy Matters: Well versed in privacy matters, with robust understanding of GDPR, the CCPA, and other privacy legislation.

  • Degree Req: JD (or equivalent) with 4-10+ years of experience.

IT Specialist

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Installation: Installing new software and hardware components.

  • Maintenance of Systems: Regularly evaluating H Group Companies IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.

  • Network Assistance: Assisting with network administration tasks.

  • Data Storage Safety: Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.

  • Issue(s) Resolution: Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.

  • Network Security Education: Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

  • Day-to-Day Support: Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Remuneration range: $85k - $115k, depending upon experience.

Finance Officer

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Budget Management: this includes forecasting future income and expenses, creating budgets and balance sheets, and ensuring that spending is within budget limits.

  • Financial Reports Preparation: financial reports provide an overview of the company's financial status and performance. They are used to make critical business decisions, assess risk, and secure financing.

  • Responsible for Financial Transactions: oversee all financial transactions, including issuing payments, collecting debts, and investing money.

  • Compliance with Financial Regulations and Laws: comply with all relevant economic rules and regulations. This includes ensuring that financial records are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Accounting Software: this is to keep an accurate record of all internal and external business financial transactions and perform financial audits wherever necessary.

Customer Champion

In this role, you’ll be able to:

  • Advocate for the Customer: Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed.

  • Problem Solving: Provide creative and effective solutions to complex customer issues.

  • Relationship Building: Develop trust and long-term relationships through empathetic, open communication.

  • Feedback Loop: Collect, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams (product, marketing, etc.) for service improvement.

  • Exceptional Support: Respond promptly to inquiries, manage complaints, and ensure resolution, often exceeding expectations.

  • Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of products/services to offer informed assistance.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the overall customer journey and experience
